Akshay Kumar is the fittest man in the industry

Six years after 'Garam Masala', Akshay Kumar and John Abraham have teamed up again with their new action-comedy 'Desi Boyz'. John can't stop praising his co-star and says that he is the "fittest man" in the industry.

"Akshay has always been a guiding force from 'Garam Masala' itself. I was very raw then. I have learnt a lot from him," said John. John, who worked out to make his muscular body even more tough for his last release 'Force', admires Akshay's discipline at 44.

"Even during 'Force' I was always asked who is the fittest man in the industry and I have always said it is Akshay Kumar and I stand by it. He is a true inspiration in a lot more ways than one. To look so fit and handsome all the time is really difficult and he does it all the time," added John.

Kareena's biggest honour revealed
Kareena Kapoor, who has been immortalised in wax at Madame Tussauds, says it is an honour to be in the league of stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Sachin Tendulkar.

"I think having my wax statue at Madame Tussauds is one of the biggest honours I have ever received. In my whole career, I think to be given this particular honour is very rare," said Kareena. The 31-year-old, who made her debut with 'Refugee' in 2000, credits her fans for the honour. "It is obviously because of you guys and all my fans who have made it possible and made my dream come true," she said.

Kareena's wax statue, which cost 150,000 pounds, was unveiled at the musuem in Blackpool October 27, a day after the release of her latest film 'RA.One'.

"I never really thought that this would happen or that my statue would stand besides those of other famous personalities in the museum. Whether it is Mr. Bachchan, or Shah Rukh or Sachin Tendulkar.... I really never thought I would be standing next to them. But thank you guys for making my dream possible," she said. Currently, Bebo has her hands full with projects like 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu', 'Agent Vinod', Reema Kagti's untitled project and Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Heroine'.

Katrina Kaif is 'Chikni Chameli' in 'Agneepath'
After her superhit item number 'Sheila Ki Jawaani', Katrina Kaif is set for another sizzling turn. This time, she's part of the song 'Chikni Chameli' in Karan Johar's remake of his father's 1990 film 'Agneepath'. Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra are the leads in the new movie, which is being directed by debutant Karan Malhotra.

Kat danced to 'Sheila Ki Jawaani' in Farah Khan's 'Tees Maar Khan', and she was also the heroine of the movie. In 'Agneepath', she will only be seen in the song 'Chikni Chameli'.

The original Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 'Agneepath' had Archana Puran Singh in the item number 'Alibaba'. The new 'Agneepath', which releases on January 26, 2012, also stars Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor.

Hrithik Roshan's got a fan in Yash Chopra
Veteran filmmaker Yash Chopra has always been impressed with Hrithik Roshan. And now, even more so after watching the trailer of the 'Agneepath' remake.

"Among all the (recent) movie trailers that Yash Chopra has seen he has loved Hrithik's the most! He feels 'Agneepath' has got a mass element to it," said a source. After watching the 'Agneepath' trailer, Chopra is more convinced of Hrithik's range as an actor. Karan Johar, who is producing the remake of his father, Yash Johar's 1990 blockbuster, said: "Yes, Yash uncle loved the promo.

He loves me and is always super excited about eveything I do - just like papa used to be. Yash uncle is a great source of encouragement and big support system to me."
